Operation basketball is a program designed to teach students life-skills and improve on character development! The Jonathan Thompson School of the Performing Arts teaches these young athletes the importance of health, fitness, diet and the importance of higher academic achievement as a part of open night basketball exercises.The coach of the team, Ben Thompson puts a high priority on teaching as well as demonstrating integrity, life skills, character development and sportsmanship.
The Café Lions basketball team was birthed out of the young men’s desire to have an organized team.New Generation Artist Inc focuses on teaching the young men the game of basketball, while the vision of the program is to teach them the game of life! The CAFÉ Lions will play scrimmage games with other teams around Indianapolis, surrounding cities and throughout the mid-west.
